Projects fail more often from lack of effective change management than any other reason. It is the people issues that are critical: vision, leadership, engagement, motivation, communication and buy-in.
Because change comes in so many different shapes and forms, we argue that one approach cannot successfully fit every circumstance. We describe a framework that adapts to the differing character of each project and responds to the changing environment. Based on 8 Critical Success Factors, we show how it can accelerate the delivery of the business benefits, increase the buy-in of all the stakeholders and embed the changes in the operations of the business
