Having made recommendations to turn-around a failing project, Metaskil was engaged to take over the delivery of the mission-critical programme, Lennon.
We placed a number of consultants into the team, to plan, co-ordinate and deliver against a complex systems integration, roll-out and training schedule. Delivering the project required us to set up and manage governance across 27 Train Operating Companies (TOC’s), other 3rd parties and the Systems Integrator to deliver a technology solution providing instant access to product and retailing information.
Lennon won the rail industry innovation award for IT after Metaskil took over management of the project and recovered it from a 2 year slippage.
Metaskil continues to provide key programme resources to ATOC.
