Metaskil was engaged by Hibernian Insurance, the Irish company within the Aviva Group, for two critical assignments. The first looked at Customer Service. The team investigated the level of service that Intermediaries and Policyholders were seeking and defined a segmentation model that would deliver in an effective and cost-efficient way. The second project managed the acquisition and integration of Ark Life into Hibernian Life and Pensions, designing the integrated organisation and bank distribution channel, defining and initiating the integration programme and providing coaching, development and support throughout the programme.
