Metaskil designed and delivered a substantial training programme to support a major change initiative in the capture and management of information about the care of and contact with drug users. It involved many diverse agencies and over 5,000 people from the public sector and voluntary bodies were trained in the new approach.
Metaskil also worked with the National Offender Management Service (NOMS) and its two key IT outsource providers to identify and resolve service management issues and develop a road map for taking service improvement recommendations forward.
