Metaskil supported the Link management team during the acquisition and integration of Zenith Insurance, working with the combined management team to design the future organisation and to plan its creation. Metaskil formed the internal "Business Transformation Team" and handed implementation over to it after six months. A series of change management and leadership development courses were created and run for the new organisation to ensure the benefits of the acquisition were realised.
