Metaskil reviewed an HR project to implement the latest version of PeopleSoft. The review included the requirements of the business department, Vodafone's business change team and the performance and relationships with the outsourced IT services provider. A number of recommendations were made to restructure the internal project team and ensure its successful delivery.
