Metaskil’s input ensures Thames Water will achieve an increased consistency in IS project delivery through clarity of critical document products and a clear understanding of the requirements for reporting and quality assurance.
An internal audit at Thames Water raised a number of issues that required management action. Thames Water needed to review it’s Programme and Project Management processes, methodology and products to ascertain how and why projects and programmes were not being effectively controlled. Metaskil proposed a revised set of process and enhanced methods and products, based on Prince 2 and Office of Government Commerce (OGC) Gateway structures. It has also been able to clear the audit management points.
