Metaskil's Associate, Anton Varga, has successfully completed a year long assignment as the Technical Implementation Manager responsible for WEB integration of the Royal Mail's Infomail Programme (the application of a Mail Data Mark (MDM) that now enables individual items of mail to be tracked through Royal Mail's existing automated pipeline).
Anton’s remit was to plan and manage the implementation of all technical elements of the solution in conjunction with the third party IT suppliers, provide the necessary technical assurance and ensure technical infrastructure dependencies were effectively managed.
The Royal Mail were so impressed with Anton's work that they have retained his services to undertake a Project Management role on the Sort plan Management and Configuration System (known as SMACS) which is part of Royal Mail's Automation and Transformation Programme to replace legacy systems.
