MCIS, the systems that will underpin the management of European Regional Development Funds, reached a significant milestone this month with the release of the first published version. Metaskil has been working closely with Communities and Local Government to ensure that the system delivers the necessary functionality for users in the Regional Development Agencies, following Metaskil’s involvement in the successful implementation of TESA, the pre-cursor to MCIS in the Government Offices.
