The Thika Centre for Good Future, a Kenyan orphanage supported by Metaskil and its Chairman Dr Wilf Eaton, has delayed the planned opening of its new orphanage and clinic, originally scheduled for February, as a result of the troubles following the country’s elections. Dr Eaton commented “it is a great shame to delay the opening but, whilst both the orphanage and its clients are safe, it was felt that the level of unrest would present too many logistical problems. We hope that the opening will go ahead early in the Spring”
