History Metaskil was founded by Richard Hornblow and Wilf Eaton in 1987, as The Consultancy Corporation (TCC), to support managers in the delivery of projects by the provision of experienced and expert project and programme resources
TCC developed through the 80’s and 90’s with a continued focus on project, programme and change managers and expanded into the provision of outsourced resource management, for companies such as OASIS, OSI and XANSA
In 2003 TCC rebranded as Metaskil and extended its services to include recruitment and to add in a number of project consultancy and support services, such as Project Healthcheck, methodology support, benefit realisation management, business architecture and integration, coaching and mentoring
In 2007, Ian Faulkner took over as Managing Director, putting in place a management team to take the business forward when the founders leave (both are still very much active however at the present time)
In June 2009, Metaskil acquired, Open Square, a software business focussed on the development of innovative insurance administration systems. Open Square's capabilities complement Metaskil's project and programme management expertise in the insurance sector perfectly
