Metaskil carried out a detailed review of a mission-critical programme, delivering recommendations and a remedial action plan. As a result Metaskil was engaged to take over the programme management and successfully deliver a complex programme of work to implement an outsourced technology solution providing instant access to product and retailing information.
Metaskil was engaged by Hibernian Insurance, the Irish Life and Pensions business within the Aviva Group, for two critical assignments. The first looked at Customer Service. BAe Systems required a project office to support the relationship between themselves and their 3rd party IT provider. Following a feasibility review, which examined and reported on the processes and functionality required of the project office, changes were successfully implemented that resulted in a stronger working relationship between the company and their outsourcing partner.
